All-wheel/four-wheel drive and/or snow tires are recommended for winter driving in and around Nederland Co. Main roadway is paved and plowed by state and county. Private driveway is flat dirt, plowed, weather and scheduling permitting. -Firewood is provided for indoor fireplace use. As with all nightly rentals in Boulder County, outdoor fires are never allowed. -Wifi has 99.5 % uptime but can go down due to storms and other conditions beyond our control. -Host lives on the property, with a shared driveway. You likely won’t interact with them unless a specific need arises. -Property is home to honey bees, an apiary. Don’t like bees? Not to worry, they are housed on the other side of the property and you're likely not to see them. Do like bees?
