Cozy restored house near College

Stay at our beautiful three bedroom house just minutes from both the College and downtown. It's well-equipped for you to cook for yourselves if that's what you prefer or even to host a small gathering. We are just next door if you need anything. There's plenty of off-street parking at the house and a big backyard. We have a fire pit and outdoor seating and a small table to enjoy the nice weather. The house was recently completely renovated. The space There are three bedrooms upstairs: 1 with a queen bed 1 with a full bed 1 with two twin beds We also have a queen air mattress that can go in the downstairs office. There are two full bathrooms upstairs; they are not connected to the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a half bath. Guest access Guest access is through the back door using a smart lock. We do not provide a front door key, but you are welcome to use the front door. Other things to note We do not allow pets because of family allergies. Please contact us before requesting booking if you have a service animal so we can discuss if our house will work for you. NOTE: Please contact us regarding commencement booking. We book starting 1 May for the following year. Our price, minimum stay, and cancellation policies are in line with getting 2 rooms at the Hotel at Oberlin. We are already booked for commencement 2026.
