Modern apartment in the center of the city

This beautiful ~50 m² apartment, newly renovated in June 2026, is the perfect base for a stay in Graz. Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are at the central station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quiet and invites you to live and/or work. The space The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (pull-out sofa) and is located in the attic. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a living and sleeping area. Via the stairs of the accommodation you reach the upper floor, where there is a comfortable desk and a small reading area. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a rainforest showerhead. You can reach the property by elevator. Other things to note The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight and tourist tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. If you need a parking space, there is the possibility to park the car in a parking garage nearby (5 min walk). Alternatively, you can park your car directly at the property, but this garage is a bit more expensive.
