Our beautifully designed, family and pet-friendly home is situated in Burlington's charming historic district, just a block from the stunning Arboretum Park. Our beautiful kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. The space Our vibrant and gorgeously decorated home features four bedrooms w/six beds (four kings, two twins), and a floor futon, a spacious den and dining room, breakfast nook, and a remodeled kitchen. Step outside and you'll find a charming, raised porch with reclining chairs and dining space. There's also a huge back yard with firepit, picnic tables, a game barn, and private creek. Guest access The entire unit (with private entrance) is yours. Other things to note Please note that you will need to park on the street, which is free and always available. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or outside of the home. Deposit will be forfeited along with additional fees. As the unit is located in a home with two other shared units, please be conscious of noise. We do not want any guests to be disturbed. Also, please note that all the units share a common HVAC system and control for this system is in your unit. So please keep the temperature at a comfortable temperature. We have provided fans and heaters if you'd like more customization.
