Mornings begin quietly with coffee at the dining table, while evenings are best spent indoors by the warmth of the fireplace, sharing meals, games, and conversation. With multiple gathering areas and thoughtful touches throughout, the home offers both connection and room to unwind. Living spaces The main living area brings together a comfortable lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen in one open setting filled with natural light. A plush L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and indoor gas fireplace create a relaxed place to recharge after exploring the neighborhood. Downstairs, a second family area offers a cozy retreat with a futon that converts to a large twin bed, board games, and a play tent - an ideal space for quieter moments or family time. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is designed for easy, everyday cooking, with full-size appliances and ample counter space. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a shared dinner, everything flows naturally into the dining area, where a table for six keeps everyone close to the conversation. A coffee maker is ready for slow mornings at home. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms are arranged across the home to provide flexibility and comfort for your group. The main floor features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with a second bedroom offering a single bed with a single trundle. On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a king-size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Additional sleeping space is available with the futon in the downstairs living area. Each bedroom includes storage, bed linens, and bedside lighting to make settling in easy. Bathrooms and essentials Two bathrooms serve the home, including one with a bathtub and shower on the main level and another with a walk-in shower downstairs. Bathroom essentials, towels, and a hair dryer are provided, along with in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Please take note that essential amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay. Outdoor and location Step outside to a fully fenced private backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, offering a quiet place to get fresh air. The home also features lake access via a nearby path, making it easy to reach Green Lake for a walk or time by the water. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock allow for a smooth arrival. Amenities and features The home includes Wifi, Ethernet connection, a 55 inch TV, radiant heating, and an indoor fireplace. Family-friendly features such as a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s dinnerware, and board games are available. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras positioned at entry points. Parking includes free driveway parking for one space, free street parking, and an EV charger - level 2. Neighborhood Located in the Green Lake neighborhood, the home places you close to one of Seattle’s most loved outdoor spaces. A paved trail circles the lake, while nearby parks, the Woodland Park Zoo, and a mix of local restaurants, cafes, and shops provide plenty to explore within a short drive or walk. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. ★ LATE CHECK OUTS ★ - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay. ★ MAINTENANCE ★ - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. ★ EVENTS ★ There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. ★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★ - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. ★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. PLEASE NOTE - You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests.
