Guests can walk the woods, sunbathe or just enjoy the dock, as well as go canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding Books and dvds are provided for guests to enjoy. In the evening guests can kick back, sit by the fire. Forget your worries in this spacious & tranquil space.Towels, toilet paper, sheets, bedding, kitchen accessories, Wi-fi incl. The space This newly built, charming guesthouse will welcome you as soon as you open the door. As you enter the enclosed front porch, feel free to hang up your coat and kick off your shoes. Once in the guesthouse, guests have a small kitchenette, right side has hot plate, microwave, sink, garbage bins (under the sink), pots and pans (second drawer under the hot plate), plastic salad bowls (first drawer under the hot plate). The middle cabinet holds, salt/pepper/olive oil on top and dish rags on the bottom. On the left side of the kitchenette, guests can find, fridge, tall cabinet over the fridge has extra paper towels & kleenexes. Cabinet on the left side of the fridge, holds extra coffee pods, teas. Top Drawer under that cabinet is filled with assortment of teas, green, lemon/ginger, peppermint, jasmine etc. Continue walking and there is a small but modern & clean bathroom. Features a rain head shower, sink and toilet with fluffy towels provided for your enjoyment. Next is the living room, equipped with a tall and spacious closet for guest's hanging needs, sectional sofa bed that unfolds into a double bed if needed. Might be for those rainy days when guests would like to fall asleep watching tv. Tv has 51" screen. Comes with Netflix - guest account, Disney+ - guest account, Youtube. In the middle is a wrap around granite counter island, where guests can do meal prep and once done can sit, enjoy the view & dinner. Once guests pass the kitchen island, on the right side is the charming, inviting bedroom with comfortable queen bed, bedding and side table with storage for your put aways. On the left side of the bedroom is the rec room, as it has many different options to relax and unwind. In this space guests can sit and read, watch the lake or star gaze at night through the skylights. This relaxing guesthouse will keep guests coming for more. Guest access Guests have entire guesthouse for private use. Dock, fire pit, water equipment is shared with the hosts. Hosts stay at the main cottage. Sometimes hosts and guests can stay at the property at the same time. Other things to note For your convenience please bring with you: MAKE SURE TO SHOP AHEAD AND BRING GROCERIES WITH YOU, AS THE NEAREST STORE IS 30 - 40 MIN AWAY! You can visit : Huntsville, Ont(55 km) or Burk's Falls, Ont (29 km) for groceries - bottled water for drinking (Can use tap water for cooking and washing ) - indoor slippers - seasoning/spices, milk, coffee whiteners, - sports equipment (walking sticks, snowshoes - in winter, ) In case you forget something we have some basic hygiene products provided incl: Olay -body wash, Axe - men's deodorant, Secret - women's deodorant, cotton pads, Q-tips, Tresamme shampoo and conditioner, crest toothpaste & toothbrush, shower cups Hair dryer in the box on the top towel rack in the bathroom FIRST AID KIT on top of the fridge in RED POUCH FIRE EXTINGUISHER on the floor under the island Pet Rules: - Please make sure you bring all your pet's essentials with you, including water/food bowls, dog food, poop bags, dog bed etc. - Please make sure that the water/food bowl stays in the kitchen by the fridge on the brown mat Your dog is welcome to swim off leash in the lake but make sure you maintain control at all times. - Please clean up after your per immediately. - Pets are not allowed on furniture and in the bedroom. - Please do not leave your pet unattended during your stay. ** The most important thing is for your dog to be on leash at all times outdoors as its a new area and there is lots of wild life present. Bears, foxes, wolves and moose were spotted in the area** Fire Pit Rules: - you can make a small fire after 6pm (dependent on fire rating) - there is a lighter inside the front entrance. Use the cushions on the shoe rack to sit by the fire pit. - Please do not leave the fire pit unattended t any time. - Please use the wood stacked close to the fire pit. - Once finished, please use the white bucket provided and get water from the lake to pour over the fire to extinguish it. Lake Rules: LIFE JACKETS IN THE BLACK BOX ON THE DOCK - Use life jackets - No diving off dock - Don't drink and swim - use water equipment provided but please don't drag on the ground AND PUT BACK AFTER USE
