The space This house has 3 bedrooms, the primary has some of the most amazing river views in the area. Wake up in the morning to the sun rising watching the river. You will love it! 3 full completely modern bathrooms, sleeps 10. 10' plus island for entertaining, dining, gaming, or just hanging around. 2 desks for those staying during the work week. Fully stocked kitchen with Vitamix, Kitchen Aid Mixer, spices, everything you will need and more. There are 2 beautiful fireplaces, 5 X 55" flat screen TV's all with Roku, bring your usernames and passwords for streaming services. Large patio hot tub and gas/charcoal/smoker grill, large fenced in yard, dogs are welcome, indoor and outdoor games. Onsite front loading washer and dryer. Guest access You have access to the entire home's main and second floor. Nice covered porch out front with seating, 4 seasons room with workout equipment, dry bar, extra full refrigerator, fireplace and TV. Bonus is the little room off the garage we call the green door with outdoor games, cooler, fishing poles extra seating and dry fire wood/starters. Other things to note Hosts live close by and are available if you need something not currently on site, or if you need assistance with something you can reach out to Kim. Trash day is early Tuesday. Someone will move the outside trash to the curb on Monday. Please bring the can back to the side of the home once trash has been taken. Lawn mowing takes place 1 time per week so vehicles in the driveway must be far right close to fence for lawn service access to the back yard. Mowing between 9AM-4PM weekdays. Someone will knock to let you know they are there to mow. Snow days a crew may knock on your door for vehicle moving in order to clear the snow in winter. Hot Tub guy maintains the hot tub many times per month. He will knock on the door to let you know he is there and if you are using the hot tub he will return another time.
