Unwind on the banks of the Delaware river. Our cozy cabin has all the modern accommodations you'd expect in a vacation home paired with the outdoor amenities that make this vacation home a peaceful dream come true! Interior amenities include: WiFi, TV with cable, Nespresso Coffee Maker and Pods, Washer/Dryer, Gas Fireplace, Full Set of Pots & Pans, Pull-Out Sofa, Towels & Linens included in stay. Outdoor amenities include: Grill, Wood-Burning Firepit, Hot Tub, Corn Hole, Private River Access. The space Our home features two bedrooms: The Garden Room and The Forest Room. They are located on the 2nd floor of the cabin. The Garden Room features a Queen sized bed and there is a King size bed in our spacious Forest Room. A third, Full-sized pull-out sofa is available in the living room on the 1st floor. There are 1.5 bathrooms. The 1st floor bathroom has a washing machine and dryer that you're welcome to use during your stay if needed. We will provide several washing machine pods for you to use complimentary. The 2nd floor bathroom features a standup shower. Towels will be provided for your stay. Our kitchen includes the basic necessities you might need for you stay including: Nespresso Coffee Machine and Pods for your stay, assorted teas, honey, salt, pepper, sugar, pots and pans, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, and other kitchen utensils (i.e.: wine opener, peeler, can opener) Guest access Guests have access to entire property and it's amenities. You may follow the stairs down to the riverfront as well. The river at the bottom is the mighty Delaware a river. River may swell and take over shore during periods of rain. Fire pit and grill is available for use. Other things to note You are welcome to go on the river with a canoe or kayak however please do so at your own risk. We are not held liable for potential injuries. The local laws require a life vest for all that go onto the river. Fishing is also allowed on the river with a local fishing license. You can obtain one at several locations: one of our favorite locals, Pike County Outfitters, offers licenses at their store at Apple Valley off route 6.
