Peaceful Pond Retreat

Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn. The space Peaceful Pond Retreat sits on 3 acres of land on a 17 acre pond. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry area. The kitchen, living room and dining room is an open concept design. There is a front porch and a large back deck, including a screened in area to relax in. The treehouse is connected to the deck. The pond and dock are steps away. Please no swimming but feel free to bring any non-powered water crafts of your own to paddle around in and if you want …fish.(catch and release only please) Sorry, one of the reason we do not allow pets on property is because of the wild geese. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, as well as the 17 acre pond and 3 acres of land. There is a non accessible garage that is locked. Also, there may be a motor home behind the garage that is not accessible. This is our motor home and we may be staying in it. 😊 . Other things to note Please be aware, this area may have poor cell service occasionally. But the great news is we now have high speed cable WiFi with Spectrum!! Up to 300mbps! Yay!! Sorry NO pets
