Winnecook Lake House

This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. The space As you entered the home, the coat closet is to your right. The half bath is located to your left down the hall. The kitchen is straight ahead, which leads into the dining room and glass sun room. The living room is to the right of the dining room. The master bedroom is located downstairs off the kitchen/dining room. Two bedrooms are upstairs with the second floor bathroom at the top of the stairs. The basement door is located at the hallway near the master bedroom. The washer, dryer and gym equipment are located in the basement. The kayaks are located in the “second” basement area (door near the gym equipment). Use the roll up door to take the kayaks out to the lake. Please always use life jackets and return the kayaks back into basement when done. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the two garages, attic and one closet for the property management employees. The space underneath the attached garage is accessible due to easy access to the kayaks. There is a new metal dock with a ramp on our property for guests to use. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. *** Other things to note New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. Lawn maintenance is done every Thursday or Friday (weather permitted).
