Small but perfect for a getaway or weekend visit to the college. Stackable Washer/Dryer all on one level! Jump in the golf cart or take a stroll to the woods on the mowed walking/hiking/riding trails. Sit out and enjoy the firepit, roast hot dogs or even have smores! Or just relax! When you walk in you’re entering a small kitchenette with a table for 4! The kitchen offers Refrigerator/freezer, air fryer, electric skillet, microwave, Keurig, with coffee. There is no stove in unit, but one is available if needed. Gas grill is available. Down the hallway a Large comfortable king bed. One electric lift recliner and one manual recliner to sit in and watch TV or read! This room is open and quite roomy for a small space. All doors are 36 inch and no steps! While we don't anticipate you needing anything, we are just a yell away if needed! The front covered porch has a ceiling fan and lets you enjoy the birds chirping or to sit under and read a book! Step out into the yard at night to watch falling stars. A mowed trail to the woods let you enjoy nature. While sitting on the porch, watch for deer walking in the hay field. A quaint quiet country place but not too far from town!
