Located on this one of a kind spot, the front of the home is considered Historic Harpers Ferry, and the back Historic Bolivar. Either way you look at it you are centrally located within walking distance. On a private road it is not only private, it is quiet. There is a quaint bakery at the top of Boundary Street to the right and to the left there are 2 restaurants, and the local band hot spot. You will find this spot VERY spacious as it is a 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen that is almost 1000 sq ft. The space The property has a cozy apartment below the private residence. This home is one home 2 units. It is the Boundary House because you get the best of both worlds; The historic Harpers Ferry and the quaintness of Bolivar in one home. The apartment entrance is to the right of the property down a lit paver path. It is a one bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, and living. Bathroom with stand up shower. The upstairs is our private primary residence and we are happy to help you should you need anything. You may hear us walk around and hope this is not a bother. We are very mindful of our guest experience, therefore if there is excessive noise please reach out. Chad & Erica, Need a driver in the area? Ubers and Lyft are sometimes unpredictable we use a local driver. He is happy to accommodate to the Wineries, Brewery, Airports...and so much more! Let us know if you are interested. Guest access Guest access is to the right of the property front, down a path of pavers, and stairs. Other things to note You may want to write the access to the property and the Wi-Fi information down before getting here. Many do not have any phone service in this near vicinity.
