Centrally located in the historic district, this subterranean apartment boasts original stone walls, dating back to 1801, which was the original foundation before the Hertich House was constructed! This hidden hideaway has all the amenities including a full private kitchen and coffee bar and a gorgeous outdoor garden with a gas grill. The space This is a one bedroom cellar dwelling with a full kitchen, stocked bar (beverages available for purchase), large screen TV with Spectrum cable and soundbar, luxury reclining couches, and much more. Step outside your door to a spacious backyard, patios and a new deluxe grill for cooking out! All this luxury while maintaining an authentic German beer cellar feel!
