Enjoy the 8 acres of land with full privacy, which has beautiful landscaping, a private pond, forest, and walking trails. Drink your morning brew on the deck or front porch, sit overlooking the pond, or unwind in the hot tub, all while taking in its incredible views. This will truly be a one of a kind experience. Large roomy house, newly renovated and beautiful interior design with 3600 square ft of space ! First floor : Open concept - Living room, kitchen and dining room The Living room has sweeping windows, a large couch to lounge on and seating all around to see all the incredible views and makes you feel like you are outside. Turn on the Smart TV (where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Amazon , Disney +, or other streaming account) or sit by the window and read your favorite book. Sleeping arrangements: 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom suite is over 500 square feet with peaked wood high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom. Large windows throughout where you can see this incredible property. A king size bed plus a fireplace and seating area with a TV encapsulates this cozy space. From the moment you walk into this unique space, you won't want to ever leave. Place your clothes in the wooden armoire and then enjoy the hanging swing as you watch the view of the pond , and sway your stress away. In the master bathroom, you can bask soaking in the claw bathtub or showering in the custom glass shower with rain showerhead. The bathroom holds a large vanity with double sinks. This is a Insta worthy place to be. Bedroom two and three both have queen size beds, a sitting area, and closet. Bedroom four has a quad bunk bed - two twins on bottom with a full on top and ladder access. Room has a dresser and chair. A shared bathroom for these three rooms has a large shower with a rain showerhead and vanity with two double sinks. In addition, a half bathroom is located near the house's entry. Indoor points of interest: Fully stocked kitchen ( Nespresso machine & milk frother), toaster, blender, baking sheets, spices and more! Dining room - seats 10 people Basement game room: Pool table, Air Hockey table, ping pong table, darts, Jenga, children's games, board games, TV, and comfortable sofa. Outdoor points of interest: EV charger Level 2 ( all cars). The best there is on the market. Firepit - seating for 10 plus two swings for your enjoyment. Pond - kayak the pond or just enjoy its surroundings. Hot tub - 6-person luxury hot tub. It is cleaned weekly. Huge porch with outdoor dining table ( seats 10), outdoor sofas, and seating area. Creek & trail - Pathway cleared to walk along creek on property BBQ Grill - propane gas grill and utensils. Located in Jewett, we are exactly 10 mins to Windham Mountain and 10 minutes to Hunter Mountain and the adjacent town of Tannersville. This residential town is perfect to explore both neighboring areas with lots of restaurants and shopping. Skiing/snowboarding, golf, biking, tubing, snowmobiling, fishing, and horseback riding are all just minutes away. Guests will want to have a vehicle to get around. There is not Uber / Lyft available, but there are local taxis should you need. We have security cameras located at the front door and garage door entrances. Owners own a dog that does come to visit. If you have pet allergies, this home may not be suitable for you. Pets are not allowed at this rental. No shoes are allowed inside the house. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests, we do not allow shoes/boots to be worn in the house and request that footwear be left in the foyer upon entering the house. The water system is run on a well. Please be mindful of use, and while we want you to enjoy your shower/ bath, kindly refrain from long use of water. A/C window units are installed in the living room and bedrooms except the bunkbed room where a ceiling fan is installed. NO PARTIES!
