Gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; located on the 2nd floor (without lift, 60 steps) of a historic building in the city centre, in a strategic and exclusive context: a few steps from Piazza Santo Stefano and the most famous monuments of Bologna. The apartment opens onto a welcoming living room where the warm nuances chosen for the coverings, the refined custom-made furniture and the colorful paintings hanging on the walls create a modern and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of work or exploration of the city. The furnishings include an elegant 3-person sofa, a small white fabric pouf and a glass table, complete with elegant seating for 4 people and dominated by an iconic design arc lamp. Just behind the part dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, the kitchen can be accessed via a sliding glass door. Fully equipped and made to measure, it is characterized by white lacquered wall units, and is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave and gas stove. The layout of the apartment is comfortable and clever; the sleeping area is separated from the living room by a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and to the bathrooms. The bedrooms overlook the internal courtyard, and are therefore very quiet. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The refined en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom has a French size bed (140 x 200 cm), a two-door wardrobe and a comfortable desk for smart working. The apartment has a bathroom which can be accessed from the corridor, and is modern and well finished. The large and elegant shower is built on site and behind it there is a bathtub. The washing machine is located in the corridor, which includes useful wardrobes to keep household items and also gives access to a practical closet, where the tools for cleaning and maintaining the house are available.
