The accommodation is a separate ground floor luxury apartment with its own private terrace, off street parking and independent access. Dogs are very welcome. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people with three stylishly furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a kingsize bed, bedroom 2 with bunk beds and bedroom/television room with a single day bed. It’s just a short walk through the garden and you are in the centre of town where you can enjoy the fantastic, restaurants, bars and shops. Edinburgh is a 40 minute drive. Guest access Please note that the flat can only be accessed via stone stairs and does not have suitable wheel chair access. Other things to note The apartment can sleep up to five people. It has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed, Bedroom 2 has bunk beds (standard single size) and we have a television and games room with a single day bed. Please be aware that this room is windowless but it is well ventilated and very comfortable. There is also an additional reading area in the flat with a comfortable leather chair and cocktail trolley. We have secure bike storage. We welcome two dogs. Please note that because of the nature of the main garden it is not secured by fencing so it is advised that you keep a close eye on your dogs. There is a small enclosed gated garden that you are welcome to use. The access to the property is by stone stairs. It also has: A fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances.
