Barndominium Deer Preserve!

Come and relax at Copperhead Deer Farm! This rustic custom Barn home is surround!ed by a deer preserve, and overlooks a beautiful pond. Watch the deer come to you, as you sit by the pool or relax on the porch. This working farm is home to two species of deer, two working livestock guardian dogs. Very private setting. Close to Lake Guntersville. Covered parking for boats. Free Wi-Fi. Bring your family and friends and prepare to make memories! Guest access Rustic Barndominium 3 bed/2bath. Private Pool. This is a working farm with an attached shop that is not part of the STR. Owners will be on the property once a day to feed the animals. Other things to note The deer surround the property. There are sounds and smells that go along with a farm! The deer have complete access to the ponds. So the ponds are not accessible for guests. The Barn home is over 1/2 a mile from the main waterline. The water pressure may be low if multiple water outlets are being used. If the outside temperature is in the 90s, the main living and kitchen may only cool to high 70s because of the high ceilings. The bedrooms are cooler. During your stay, you will likely encounter some type of bug. We have regular pest control, but due to the remote setting, there is a good chance you will see some type of unwanted pests.
