Perched above the southern end of Stanwell Park beach, it is ideally located to provide stunning panoramic vistas of Bald Hill and the escarpment that becomes the Royal National Park. Uniquely positioned to take full advantage of the sun the indoor/outdoor living space is an amazing space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and a nice glass of rosé. The space The house is set across 2 levels, with the kitchen, main living area and 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 x queen). Downstairs includes TV/rumpus rooms, 3 bedrooms ( 3 x double beds) and access to a family friendly yard with outdoor shower. Please note that the dining room table seats 8 people.
