HOT WATER NOTICE Please note that our property uses a water heater with a limited tank capacity, providing hot water for about 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the temperature setting. After that, it typically takes around 20 minutes for the tank to reheat. Unlike continuous systems in some countries, this setup may require a short wait between uses. We recommend planning accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding. For monthly stay, we will provide room cleaning services 2x a week. For monthly stay, the services include are: - Once in 5 days bedsheet and towel replacement. - Daily basic cleaning (sweep and mop). - Electricity, please be wise on using it. • PET-FRIENDLY YES/NO While we love animals, we want to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our space for all of our guests. Therefore, kindly note that pets are not permitted in the property. • AIRBNB POLICY Airbnb policy states that you can’t contact us directly if you haven’t booked yet. We are unable to do a site visit before the booking is confirmed for safety reasons. The exact address, directions and details of the property will be given after you book the property. • PAYMENT METHOD We prefer to take reservations on Airbnb. If you plan to arrive earlier, we recommend visiting one of the nearby cafes listed in our description. They’re great spots to relax before checking in and getting settled at the property. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or luggage drop-off services, so please plan your arrival accordingly. • LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN For a smooth and safe arrival, we recommend checking in by 5 PM at the latest, especially considering the dark areas after sunset which might pose challenges. Our online hosts are available from 9 AM to 6 PM to assist you. Kindly provide us with your estimated arrival time at least one day in advance (D-1) so we can assist you better. • LATE CHECK-OUT Our check-out time is STRICTLY 12 PM. We do not accept or accommodate any late check-outs. Please plan your departure accordingly. • NO LUGGAGE DROP OFF Please note that we cannot accommodate luggage drop-off before check-in or after check-out, as we do not have storage space available.
