The annex, cozy and green

In a green setting on the banks of the Loing and on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, we welcome you to our recently renovated cottage, in the center of the picturesque village of Montigny-sur-Loing. The train station is a 7-minute walk away (trains every hour in less than an hour to Paris Lyon train station), shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, small market, pizzeria, restaurant…) are 5 minutes away. The forest will offer you beautiful hikes as well as climbing sites. The space House with tasteful décor in a refurbished flea market style, on one level, surrounded by an 800 m2 garden. Small living room, open equipped kitchen facing south. Two bedrooms with a double bed each (140 and 160, new and quality bedding), a large bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Double glazed windows, sun loungers, garden tables and chairs. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Guest access You can park in front of the gate, parking is free in Montigny and the street is a dead end or bring your car into the common courtyard. After passing through the gate, you bypass a first house on its right to find your house and your garden, which are completely independent. Other things to note As the neighborhood is very peaceful, discretion is required.
