The centrally located beautiful 45 m² apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building. It is suitable for 2 people and can be combined with our apartments for 2-6 people if necessary. Equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix, a built-in kitchen and bright cozy furnishings. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city harbor, Schwerin Castle, the theater and museum. The center and a swimming area can be reached in just a 10-minute walk. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom that also invites you to rest. Either relax in the rocking chair with a book or watch a great movie on TV. In the next room you can access the dining area, which also serves as a work area or the perfect place for a game night. Directly from this room you can reach the small bathroom with toilet and shower and next to it is the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Guest access Access to the apartment is possible without contact. The key is ready in a lockbox at the house entrance and thus allows you to arrive 24/7 - very straightforward. You will receive the current code for the lockbox from us shortly before arrival. Other things to note Since the apartment is in the city center, the availability of free parking is correspondingly low. But just 5 minutes away from the wonderful city harbor there are two large fenced paid parking spaces. Since the apartment does not currently have a washing machine, we can suggest the "Washing Center Fast and Clean" at "Platz der Freiheit 2". Here you could put on a washing stop for longer stays. The heating can be regulated via the thermostat in the living room and not via the individual radiators.
