The center and a swimming area can be reached in just a 10-minute walk. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom that also invites you to rest. Either relax in the rocking chair with a book or watch a great movie on TV. In the next room you can access the dining area, which also serves as a work area or the perfect place for a game night. Directly from this room you can reach the small bathroom with toilet and shower and next to it is the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Guest access Access to the apartment is possible without contact. The key is hanging in a key box at the entrance to the house and thus allows you to arrive 24/7 - very easily. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in the city center, the availability of free parking is correspondingly low. But just five minutes away from the wonderful city harbor, there are two large fenced paid parking lots. The heating can be regulated via the thermostat in the living room and not via the individual radiators.
