Guest access •Guest access begins at 4pm on check in day, until 10am checkout day. A door code will be sent shortly before check in time to your Airbnb inbox. •Guests staying less than 30 days may not use our address to receive packages or any mail. We will not be able to assist in anyway with tracking down packages, at anytime. No guests may use our address to establish residency on bank statements or ID’s at any time. •Please only park on your side of the driveway (RIGHT side of duplex) Guests may park in the garage or directly in front of it. Other things to note •We do require a fully refundable incidentals fee of $300. This is paid separately through Airbnb prior to check in, and refunded after checkout pending the space is left as found, and without damages, house rule violations or excessive cleaning needed. •Stays exceeding 4 weeks will require a cleaning service at a discounted rate every month; scheduled at guest’s convenience and paid for in advance of check in. Please inquire prior to reserving, if you have any questions about this policy. •If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the travel insurance. Guests who wish to shorten their stay after booking would be subject to our cancellation policy. We recommend only booking the dates your certain of, and extending as needed.
