This cozy duplex features a single car garage, a private entrance with keypad lock and fully fenced back yard. Inside, downstairs, you will find a half bath, a comfy living room area with a desk/work station, open concept kitchen with a dining area that backs up to the sliding glass door and a fully fenced large back yard. Up the stairs, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms; a King suite with its own TV, a walk in closet and a private full bathroom; Bedroom 2 has a twin bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen. All rooms offer storage for clothes, closets and comfy beds. The 2 guest rooms have a view of the Columbia River. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has everything you could need, just bring your own food! We supply all cleaning supplies to maintain the home, as well as a generous starter supply of consumable to get your stay going. :) This home also offers a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. In the living room you’ll find a RokuTV for your own streaming services. A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard. If an unauthorized pet is brought into the property an unauthorized pet fee of $400.00 will be assessed and your reservation will be immediately canceled. *No Smoking* An additional $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, candles, incense, or any other kind of smoking inside. If smoking outdoors, the doors & windows must be shut and any waste must be disposed of properly. *No Events, Gatherings or Parties* This is not a party property; an additional party fee of $400 will be assessed and your reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. *No Unauthorized Guests* ALL guests occupying the home must be disclosed prior to arrival. For emergency and insurance purposes, we must have an accurate count of all guests on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will result in an added fee of $50/guest and a cancellation of the reservation. *Hazardous Waste* If the cleaners are left with hazardous waste to dispose of after your checkout, a $150 hazardous disposal fee will be implemented. Drug substances/residue/paraphernalia, feces, vomit, blood, urine, condoms, needles, cigarette butts) *Locked Storage Closet* This property has a locked closet that is used for storing the owner’s property and is not available for guest use. Any attempts to open the closet, damages to the door or doorknob will result in a $150 fee + replacement cost. *Secure The Home* All doors, windows and sliding glass doors should be locked when the home is vacant and upon checkout. *CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS* •Check out is no later than 10:00 am •Gather all used towels and place in the laundry room. •Please take the time to start one load in the washer. •Place any used dishes in the dish washer, with a dishwasher tab and start it. •Empty fridge/freezer of any personal opened food items. •We do ask that you collect your garbage into the bins & clean up any obvious messes. *Please set the heat to 66, lights off and lock up!
