Muffled sounds may be heard from other occupants. The lower space is private with own entrance and parking area. Some muffled noise may be heard from the upper space. Shown in photos. The house sleeps a total of five people and has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is a memory foam futon that sleeps one. The house is situated on a canal with steep slopes/ multi levels and may not be suitable The open concept is great for entertaining. A large kitchen with full sized appliances including dishwasher, retro red, white with chrome dining table and matching dinette set. An open living area with ping pong table and karaoke machine. Muffled noise / very low activity may be heard. Airbnb guests have access to the entire bottom unit, porches, and canal. The grill and table w/fire pit (bottom deck). Parking: Guest parking is at the top of the driveway in large gravel designated parking spot. No minimum stays required. Long stays are available as well.
