Family friendly space to entertain while enjoying cozy nights curled up on the extra large sectional couch! Main bedroom with KING size bed. Fully equipped Kitchen with newer appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Located near Kennywood Park, Allegheny County Airport, and the Bettis Plant (ideal for contract workers) The space Entire 2 story house located on a corner lot. Stairs are required to enter the property. The main floor houses the 2 BR, 1 Bath, living area and kitchen. You will only need access to the basement for laundry use. *No Smoking & No pets!- $300 dollar fine if any evidence of either during your stay *Absolutely NO parties: only requested number of guests permitted Smart HD TV with free high speed wifi. No cable provided but all steaming services offered on the smart TV-(BYOA- bring your own account) Central A\C for hot summer months Guest access Spacious driveway to park multiple vehicles. Lockbox code is provided on day of check in which unlocks the front door to the living room area. There are several other entry points to the house but i only provide a key to the main front door. I ask to keep other doors locked. Other things to note Check out: Extra charge of $50 will be added if dishes are not cleaned and place back in cabinets after use. This includes any dishes left in dishwasher. All trash must be removed and place in outside bins upon check out$50 fine if left in fridge or inside house. Lost keys or lockout fee $50 We provide a starter supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for your convenience. For stays longer than 3 days, guests are kindly responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
