Private house with lake view

Welcome to a terraced house close to both nature and to the city center. Travel to city center ca 20 minutes by bus or take a 3 minutes walk to swim in lake Järlasjön. The house offers 2 floors, 5 rooms, a kitchen and a large terrace with a view over lake Järlasjön where you can barbecue and relax under the sun. Park for free on the street right outside the house. The space On the entrance floor you find the main living-room, the kitchen, a guest toilet and a smaller separate living-room with a tv and computer. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom contains a walk-in-closet and a king sized bed (180cm). You find a full double sized bed (140cm) in the second bedroom and a desk. In the third bedroom there is a crib and a couch which may be used as a bed. The couch is soft with the inner measurements 80cm wide 180cm long (actual outer length of the couch is 2m) and an extra mattress pad is provided for additional comfort. On the upper floor you also find the main bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. OBS - bring your own bed linen and towels (pillows and bed covers are available).
