Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You’ll love being able to walk into downtown Jensen Beach, along the waterway, to eat, drink and shop at great local places. The best beach in Martin county is only 1.8 miles from the property. The property has dock access for fishing and watching awesome sunrises over the Indian River. There is a private patio with a charcoal grill and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The bed is king size and super comfortable. There are 2 TV's in cottage. The space Cottage has private patio with table and chairs and two loungers Guest access Guests will have entire cottage and outside area to themselves. I will always try and leave the front door open with the keys inside and if you can do the same when you leave that would be appreciated. For some reason we have not been able to correct with Airbnb, guests may see that the cottage number for this rental is number 7 but this cottage is number 15. It is the last cottage at the end of the driveway on the drivers left side. It has a royal poinciana tree on the outside wall by the front door. Other things to note Please be respectful of other guests on the property as some of them live here year round and have to get up early for work. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after ten o’clock. Please be considerate of the bathroom towels. We put a set of nice towels in each cottage but are experiencing multiple guests using them to clean up the kitchen, dye hair and remove eye and face make up. We do not have access to industrial washing machines and even with much effort those stains do not come out of the towels in a regular washing machine. There is Kleenex, and disposable washcloths for make up removal in each cottage to use for those things. Thank you! Each cottage has a garbage can so please put your garbage in it when you leave and if you are staying for a week or longer you will need to pull the can to the right side of the driveway on Tuesday and Friday mornings for trash pick up and then bring it back in at the end of the day. We have an artisan well to supply water so enjoy our delicious drinking water right from the tap but PLEASE don’t put any scraps grease or anything other than septic safe toilet paper down the sinks and toilets as we have a sensitive septic system and do not want you to run into any issues during your stay. Please put the AC units on energy saver if you will be gone for longer than 24 hours. There is a full kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. If oven is used, please leave it clean. Also note that there are trains running close by. This is not as loud if you have the air running or the fan on inside the cottage. Lastly, please don’t park in or drive over any of the lawns on the property because of the drain fields. I work full time but I do live in one of the cottages on the property so if you need anything that you don’t have in the cottage please ask me and I will do my best to get it to you in a timely manner. I have four friendly cats that are out in the mornings and late afternoons/early evenings. If you are sitting outside they may want to come by to check you out and get a scratch on the head, lol.
