This 300 sq ft studio is made for 1 or 2 guests with parking included with your stay. Coming to Atlanta for conference, graduate program activities or business? This is the perfect space for you! Walk to Georgia Tech's campus, AmericaMart, CNN Tours, Skyview Ferris Wheel, Civil and Human Rights Museum, College Football Hall of Fame and more! The space The studio is located at the bottom of our townhome, which is an end unit inside a gated community that borders Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. It’s bright and sunny with a queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom with custom shower. What’s available? In the kitchenette area, a full size refrigerator, convection microwave, toaster oven, blender and electric kettle. Iron and ironing board are under bed. Clothes rack with space to put luggage by the bed, we have a unique area or hanging clothes. We provide basic items for your stay that includes bottled water and snacks. The courtyard is great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail with a Downtown view. We keep firewood handy to burn in the chimenea for cool fall evenings while relaxing in the courtyard. If you choose to enjoy the area on electric scooter (bird.com) there is a helmet inside the studio that you can borrow during your stay.
