Villa Lupita: Magical Village and cenotes.

Villa Lupita is a beautiful, fully furnished house with a very Mexican style. It is very comfortable. You can enjoy and rest sunbathing on the terrace, surrounded by its beautiful gardens or cool off in the exclusive pool for you, eat outdoors, enjoy the birdsong, the rain from the roofed area, or the moon at dusk. It is located just ten minutes from downtown Valladolid and 4 blocks from Cenote Zaci. Dare to rest!! The space It's a beautiful and comfortable home designed with you in mind. Outside, the house has a covered, private, enclosed, and well-lit parking area; a terrace; a large swimming pool; sun loungers; garden furniture; and a table and bench for enjoying a meal on the terrace, surrounded by beautiful local plants. Inside, the house offers you: A/C throughout the interior, a clean and spacious kitchen, a ceiling fan, and windows overlooking the garden. Equipped with appliances that will make your stay more comfortable: microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and teakettle. You will also have coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and purified water to make yourself at home. The dining room has a large table for 6 people, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. In the bedroom, there are 2 queen-size beds. You will have the option to cool off using the air conditioner or the ceiling fan. You will have a vanity mirror at your disposal, and for your entertainment, cable TV, board games, some books, and, of course, a view of the garden! In the bedroom, we also provide an office table and chair, as well as a desk lamp, in case you need to combine your trip with work. And very important: you will have Wi-Fi with no speed issues. In the bathroom: hot and cold water, toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, bath and pool towels, among others. In the closet dressing room we leave you perchas, space to fold your clothes and lay your bags, ball for the pool, safety deposit box and first aid kit. If you are traveling with an infant, you will have the convenience of a crib with a sheet and pillow, as well as a high chair that converts into a playtable. If you are traveling with children, we have some amenities for them. The entire house has Wi-Fi and ceiling fans. The entire property is monitored to ensure cleanliness. Guest access If you are my guest, you will check in completely independently; you won't have to wait for me, nor will you have to worry about me waiting for you. Through a password, you will open the main lock and then get the key to enter the house, it's that easy!! Other things to note On Saturdays at 8:00 a.m., a young man comes to clean the pool; he has a key to access the garden, but not the inside of the house. It will exit and lock again within a maximum of 20 minutes.
