If this may bother you, earplugs are available upon request. • Parties and Events: Parties or events are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained. • Pet Policy: We welcome one small pet upon approval, as we know pets are family. However, to maintain cleanliness for future guests, pets are not allowed on the sofa, couch, or beds. • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are permitted only outside in the designated smoking area. • Child Safety: Please note that our space is not childproof. If traveling with children, we recommend taking appropriate precautions. • Guest Capacity: The home is ideal for two couples (4 people). Additional guests can be accommodated with airbeds, a chair-bed, and a folding bed (maximum of 8 guests). Children under 2 stay free. • Cooking Guidelines: For dishes with strong smells (e.g., fish, eggs, fish sauce), please use the designated kitchen. Do not dispose of leftover oil or food in the sink. Instead, use plastic bags and place them in the garbage bin. • Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit is programmed with SMART settings to adjust based on the climate and includes a timer to prevent condensation. Please allow the AC to rest for at least 1 hour.
