Other things to note House Rules and Guidelines To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following: • Church Broadcasts: A nearby church broadcasts mass via speakers in the morning and afternoon. If this may bother you, earplugs are available upon request. • Parties and Events: Parties or events are not permitted unless prior approval is obtained. • Pet Policy: We welcome maximum of 2 small pet upon approval, as we know pets are family. However, to maintain cleanliness for future guests, pets are not allowed on the sofa, couch, or beds. • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are permitted only outside in the designated smoking area. • Child Safety: Please note that our space is not childproof. If traveling with children, we recommend taking appropriate precautions. • Guest Capacity: The home is designed for two couples (4 guests). We know guests like to bring friends so we will allow additional 4 guests and may be accommodated using airbeds, a chair-bed, and a folding bed, for a maximum of 8 guests total. Children under 2 stay free and are included in the maximum occupancy. • Cooking Guidelines: For dishes with strong smells (e.g., fish, eggs, fish sauce), please use the designated kitchen. Do not dispose of leftover oil or food in the sink. Instead, use plastic bags and place them in the garbage bin provided. • Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit is programmed with SMART settings to adjust based on the climate and includes a timer to prevent condensation. Please allow the AC to rest for at least 1 hour. To conserve energy, use ceiling fans and ensure windows and doors are closed when the AC is running to avoid additional fees. • Septic System: To prevent clogs, please dispose of tissue paper in the trash instead of flushing it. • Safety Reminder: Please watch your steps carefully when entering the premises.
