This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns. There's two covered decks in the back yard, in the winter, it's 20 minutes to groomed snowmobile trails into the mountains. The home is full of personal touches, like wind chimes, many bird houses, hand crafted items and a fire pit on the back deck. There's also a horseshoe pit in the back yard. This home is exclusively for guests. They will enjoy access to full kitchen, satellite T.V., washer dryer, two full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. We live next door, so we will be available as much or as little as you like. The neighborhood is well established and well maintained. The lot is just under an acre in size, so there's lots of privacy, and quiet space to relax. there are moose who visit the yard, and caribou can be seen walking up and down the street. The neighborhood makes a loop to the Sterling Highway, where a convenience store is located. It's a nice walk around the loop, which takes about 15 minutes. The Sterling highway is at the end of the street. Turn right to go to Homer, left to Soldotna, Kenai and Seward.
