Paulette's Barn

La Grange de Paulette was our grandmother's house, the one where we used to meet as a family. Located 5 minutes' walk to the village of Bédoin, quiet, very well equipped and just renovated (2023) with a touch of modernity, while keeping the charm of the old. It is an old Provençal farmhouse dating from 1700, now divided into three houses. At the foot of Mont Ventoux. Ideal for 2–3 families, up to 8 guests. Villa: 220 m2 The space Authentic holiday home with private pool and all amenities (hair dryer, baby crib, safety gates for stairs (upon request), games for children, pool with roller shutter, beautiful quality dishes, cutlery, large pots/pans/dishes/frying pans, all necessary utensils, laundry room, etc.). It's a village house with lots of charm. The interior is bathed in light and the dining room gives access to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Below is the distribution of the rooms: On the ground floor: - The entrance to the house with a room to put your bikes safely and a small workshop to repair them - 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160cm - 1 en-suite bathroom with bathtub - 1 toilet - 1 private sauna - 1 elevator to go from the ground floor to the 1st floor (only on request) On the 1st floor - 1 office with a large screen for teleworking - Kitchen that opens to the living room & air-conditioned dining room - 1 master suite with 1 double bed 160cm, en suite shower room and toilet - 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower - 1 separate toilet - 1 washing machine - 1 dryer - The terrace and pool On the 2nd floor (air conditioning) - Dormitory not closed because it is a place of passage to access room n3 A large room with: - 1 dormitory with 1 double bed of 140 cm and 2 single beds of 90 cm - 1 TV area - 1 closed bedroom in a row with 1 160cm double bed Outside - Free parking for 5 cars - 1 private swimming pool secured by a roller shutter (3.50 X 7) - 1 pétanque court lit at night - 1 terrace with a large table - 1 plancha - 1 reading area - 4 sun loungers - 4 parasols - 1 garden furniture It is pure happiness to sit in the garden with its comfortable lounge chairs, beautiful garden furniture, sun umbrellas and plancha. You will find shade under the olive tree. You can relax completely there. The Vaucluse region is a paradise for cyclists and hikers. Bédoin is a mecca for bike enthusiasts. This is one of the 3 official starting points for climbing Mont Ventoux. For walking lovers, you will find superb marked trails. Take a break at one of the many lovely restaurants or terraces along the way. There, you will discover renowned vineyards and numerous picturesque villages classified as "Most Beautiful Villages in France". For those wishing to visit larger cultural cities, you can take a day trip to Avignon (35 km), Orange (35 km), Vaison-la-Romaine (25 km), Gordes (30 km), Crillon-le-Brave (4.3 km), and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (55 km)... As La Grange de Paulette is located in the village, we do not want to host groups whose purpose is to party.
