You have access to all the amenities and features inside the home as well as the ground floor patio and backyard. Other things to note Safety and security is important to us.  We have a security camera monitoring the front entrance door and gate from the street.   Our front door is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows us to remotely program your key code access, which will be sent to you prior to arrival.  Our check-in time is 4:00 PM, but we can provide earlier access if the suite is ready.  Our check-out time is 11:00 AM and we are open to late check-out requests based on availability.    Our suite is equipped with a first aid kit, flashlight, fire extinguisher and wired smoke detectors in all rooms. There is a carbon monoxide detector on the main floor.   We also have a separate hot water tank for the unit, so there'll be plenty of hot water for showers and baths!   Unfortunately, we do not allow reservation requests from anyone that lives in the Greater Vancouver area.  Any requests received will be declined or cancelled.
