Cozy 2-story cottage. 49 sqm. divided into 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Air-conditioning. Here you can enjoy a natural environment with beautiful views of fields, forests and fields. Close to 1.1 km to a cozy little swimming lake. The forest is close by, but still within walking and cycling distance to central Leksand's amenities with ice cream parlor, outdoor restaurants and the beautiful beach promenade by the quay. Private patio with garden furniture. Trampoline for the children with safety net is available. Larger outdoor grill. Dogs (2) are welcome. The space Lower floor: Cozy kitchen with dining area. Kitchen sofa and chairs with room for about 7 people. Electric stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen fan, fridge with freezer. 26-inch TV/Living room with the possibility to light a fire in the wood-burning stove on cool summer evenings. A/C for hot days. Bathroom with toilet, washing machine and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed. (No door, slanted ceiling). Steep stairs to the upper floor. The cottage has three fixed beds and three extra beds. Wi-Fi & Ethernet cable is available from fiber. Guest access The entire cottage and 700 sqm lawn with its own backside facing the forest and open expansive views. Other things to note Bed linens are available for 3 beds. SEK 100 per day for using the AC in the summer. From our farm, you can also reach many of Dalarna's attractive tourist destinations. Most within about an hour's drive by car. Such as Leksand's Summerland, Dalhalla, Carl Larsson's home, Zorngården, Hildasholm, Tomteland and Björkberget in Siljansnäs. There are also several different excursion destinations in nature such as Helvetesfallet, Stops vattenfall, Styggforsen, Springkällan and the like. Leksand and its surroundings also have several cozy cafes, commercial gardens with food, coffee and ice cream. The range of local food producers is large.
