Ocean Hammock Guest House

Located on a private road 3 minutes from the famous Parlee Beach. Enjoy the sun and surf and then come back to our beautiful Estate for a relaxing afternoon in your 5 star guest house with all of the amenities of home and more. Then wined down by the fire pit or simply pick your favorite colored hammock and have a cat nap. Gaze out at the pasture and watch the Belgians roam and cuddle up on the pagoda gazebo for your favorite cocktail and stories of the day. The space The guest house has a gourmet kitchen with butcher block island, great place to shuck oysters and have a great cocktail. Open to the kitchen is your lounge and TV area and a stunning sunroom right off that room with a Queen pull out and futon. You also have a walk in closet and mud room on the main floor for your beach towels and beach gear. The upper level features a large suite with two Queen size beds and a couple of stairs down to your washroom equipped with soaker tub stand up shower and washer and dryer. The outdoor verandas is equipped with BBQ and seating for some fun around the grill. Guest access Each guest house has their own private patios and yards with private parking. Trees on the property are used for Hammocks and there are plenty for everyone. Other things to note All pets must be under 25lbs extra guests will be charged at $75 per night. Our property has a games room which is accessible to all. Located in our 1000 sqft detached garage you will find ping pong table, gym, dining area and all the board and lawn games you can think of. We have two chipping greens for you to practice on as well and a fire pit next to the games room as well.
