Beds - K, Q, Q, sofa bed, inflatable. Our Guests are welcome to use the pools when accompanied by the owner(s). Short walk to Shoreline Park, pickleball & tennis courts. Bring your paddle boards and other water toys. Short drive to beaches, lakes, trails, wineries, restaurants, golf, airport and more. The space Two story, 3200 square foot home, with panoramic views from all rooms. 3 bedrooms, 5 beds - K, Q, Q, Sofa bed, sturdy inflatable. Includes: High Speed WiFi, Streaming, Utilities, 2 BBQs, 2 Kayaks, Inflatables, games, books, pantry items, well outfitted kitchen and more. Bdrm 1 - Main level. K bed, large windows for maximum views. Sitting/work area overlooks the lake. Private door accesses the balcony for spectacular sunsets and starry nights. Full bath with shower, two person thermal tub, two sinks, water closet, walk in closet. Bdrm 2 - Downstairs. Large, spacious room has Q bed, white wicker furniture, large closet, desk and chair. Has a private door to the patio. Full ensuite with tub/shower. Room for an extra bed -sturdy inflatable. Beautiful views. Bdrm 3 - Spacious with adorable ensuite, tub/shower. Q bed, matching furniture, desk/work area, beautiful views. Upstairs Kitchen and Dining - Spacious with large island, seats up to four comfortably. Dining table seats up to six, has a leaf when more table room is needed. Overlooks the lake and mountains. The kitchen, butler's pantry and walk in pantry are well stocked, plenty of counter top appliances, spices and basic baking ingredients for guest use. Two refrigerators upstairs and one frig downstairs in the family room. Large laundry room downstairs with sink, w/d, counter tops and cabinets. Enjoy the proximity and panoramic views of Lake Okanagan, the mountains, starry nights and soft hued sunsets. Please, no parties, no smoking, and no pets. No extra overnight guests without our approval. The fire department requires a list of occupants/tenants at all times. Guest access Dear Guests, Welcome to the Skipping Stone! The lovely home you are renting is exactly as advertised . . . three large bedrooms, each with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. As you enter the home and settle in, you will notice two rooms that are not advertised are locked off. The locked-off rooms will in no way impede your use of the house. We ask that no one tries to open the locked doors. More information is provided in the Guest Information Guide (GIG). We have an easy to use security system. Information on its use and access code is provided in the GIG. We have a remote for the garage doors for you to use. Please be sure to place it on the kitchen island prior to your departure. There will be a basket of goodies for you on the island in the kitchen. We ask that you kindly return the basket to the pantry upon departure. The walk in pantry has plenty of space for guest use. You are welcome to use any of the counter top appliances in the walk in pantry and the spices/oils/and baking ingredients. On each level you will notice a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are placed near all bedrooms. Prior to your arrival, you will receive the Skipping Stone Guest Info Guide. We will have a backup copy on the kitchen island. If we are not meeting and greeting you upon arrival, please text or email us after you are settled in. We wish everyone a happy, comfortable retreat to the Skipping Stone on Lake Okanagan. Other things to note Parking - We offer up to three parking spaces. Two in the garage and one on the driveway. - Only vehicles are allowed to park on the properties. Boats, RVs and similar are not allowed to park in the community. There is a boat and RV storage yard just a few minutes away. $Fee. It is best to book your spot(s) as soon as possible. Contact us for more info. - No parking on streets that are lane ways, such as ours. Sometimes the parking pads are available. - There is public parking on Lakestone Dr. (very close to us), Okanagan Centre Rd W (near us) and Granite Rd. Two Lakestone Amenities Centers! - Two pools and lounging areas, hot tubs, fitness gyms, mezzanine, BBQ area, parking. - Rental guests can only use the Amenity Centers when accompanied by an owner. Our apologies for such a strict rule. If we are in the area, we are happy to accompany you to the pools. We will not interfere with your family enjoyment as we can use the mezzanine inside the club house. Other Nearby - Pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. - Public beach and dock (walking distance), with tables & seating. Walking and hiking, bike park, boat and RV storage yard. - Wineries, Golf, Kanagaroo Farm, and more. - Two popular ski resorts, Big White and Silver Star, are about a one hour drive. Silver Star often has events and things to do in the summer months. - Downtown Kelowna and waterfront is about a 22 minute drive. Guests - You can have guests visit for short periods. - Please be advised no other persons are allowed to lodge overnight without our permission. - The neighborhood generally observes Quiet Time from 11 pm to 7 am. - There is no bus service in our area. For Your Enjoyment - Plenty of 'things to do' publications. - The Guest Information Guide contains links to local activities, fairs, festivals and dining. - We provide a variety of board games, cards, books, coloring books & pencils. - For fun at the lake: we provide two kayaks, folding chairs, two floaties, some beach towels, two coolers. - 3 TVs, high speed wifi, streaming.
