This is a well located newly renovated private downstairs apartment, close to everything. Less than 20 min from our beautiful sugar sand beaches and 6-7 min from downtown/airport. There are multiple venues within walking distance. Unwind and relax here after a long day of exploring everything Pensacola has to offer. We love quirky eclectic East Hill and we think you will too! NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE. The property is monitored. More than 4 ppl is trespassing. Thank you for following the rules. The space This is the downstairs apartment of a duplex. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I am a Super Host. Please don't hesitate to check out my outstanding reviews on the upstairs unit, "East Hill Nest." The only shared space is the driveway. I want this space to appeal to families especially. There are no stairs and a fenced in back yard. Kid friendly tile has been installed throughout. There is a dedicated workspace. We have several books and games as well as TVs in every room. There is a pack and play. I will allow up to 5 guests if the 5th guest is under 2 years old. Just message me prior to booking. NOT PET FRIENDLY. Beach chairs, beach bag, beach mat, and ice chest are provided complementary for guest use. Please return it in the condition you found it, meaning not covered in beach sand. Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. Do not take bath towels to the beach. Just added: Outdoor firepit! Guest access You have access to all parts of the apartment and back yard with the exception of a locked cleaning supply cabinet in the hall. The driveway is shared with upstairs guests. You may park a maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway but I will ask you to park single file if other guests are present so everyone can have at least one car near their apartment entrance. If you have severe scent allergies, please let me know in advance. I can usually accommodate you. Other things to note The ceiling has been insulated but this is an older building and you will hear foot steps overhead from time to time if all the TVs are off.
