Ideal for holidaymakers, professionals, or contractors, this fully serviced first-floor apartment features a welcoming open-plan living area. The living space includes a sofa bed, a television, and a dining table, while bedding for the sofa bed is stored conveniently in the bedroom. A travel cot is available upon request, though bedding for it is not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, and kettle. Utensils and tableware make it easy to prepare meals. The cozy bedroom includes a double bed, while the shower room offers a WC and basin. Guest access Be sure to confirm the correct number of guests and pets so that we can enjoy a stress free check in. There is space on the driveway in front of the property for parking which you are welcome to use. If this is taken up by other guests there is unrestricted on parking available on the road. The house is typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property.
