Restored with local materials, the house has skillfully added modern comfort to the charm of the old and now offers a holiday resort and an ideal base from which to explore the cultural, natural and gastronomic riches of Périgord. With a living area of 120 m², the house is organized on three levels, offering on the ground floor: * a spacious living room with dining area and comfortable corner with large corner sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table. * the kitchen area occupies the entire width of the room and offers the perfect equipment to simmer on site the good products of the Périgord brought from the nearby market. The doors and bay windows open wide onto the terrace and the garden. * Separate toilet with hand wash basin complete this floor. From the living room, the bous staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are: * a first double bedroom offering two beds 90 cm wide that can be pushed together to form a double bed 180 cm, two bedside tables, a large storage closet with wardrobe space, a school desk and a chair. * The second double bedroom offers a 160 cm wide double pull-out bed, two bedside tables and a storage closet with wardrobe space. * These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the landing of the first floor, a miller's ladder type staircase leads to the master suite on the second floor, with its superb exposed frame. It is elegantly furnished with a double bed 160 cm wide, two bedside tables, multiple cupboards and wardrobe space, an armchair and a chair. * It has its own private bathroom with bathtub and sink. * a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing kit complete the amenities of the property.
