With a living area of 120 sqm, the house is organized on three levels, offering on the ground floor: * a spacious living room with dining area and comfortable corner area with large corner sofa, flat screen TV and coffee table. * The kitchen area occupies the full width of the room and offers the perfect equipment to simmer on site the good products of the Périgord brought back to the nearby markets. Doors and floor-to-ceiling windows open wide to the terrace and garden. * Separate toilet with handwasher complete this floor. From the living room the staircase leads to the 1st floor where you are located: * a first double bedroom offering two beds 90 cm wide that can be pushed together to form a double bed in 180 cm, two beddings, a large storage closet with wardrobe space, a school desk and a chair. * the second double bedroom offers a 160 cm wide double bed, two beddings and a storage closet with wardrobe space. * These two bedrooms share a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. From the first floor landing, a miller's ladder stairway leads to the master suite on the second floor, with its superb exposed frame. It is elegantly furnished with a double bed 160 cm wide, two beddings, multiple closets and wardrobe area, armchair and chair. * It benefits from its own private bathroom with bathtub and sink. * a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing kit complete the amenities of the property.
