We would love to have you as our guests at BeeBee's Reward. Our home is one level and located in a quiet neighborhood on beautiful Pensacola Beach. We are across the street from the bay with a public dock and a great place to catch breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the large front porch with ceiling fans, rocking chairs for visiting, reading or having your morning coffee. Only 3 blocks away is the spectacular Gulf of Mexico, which is easily accessible via a sidewalk adjacent to our home. The space There are two areas in which to visit, relax or unwind at the end of a busy day. A queen sofa bed and loveseat is located in the TV area with a 55" smart TV, HD cable, Blu-Ray DVD player and many DVD's. The living room area has a sofa and chairs for catching up from the day or just chilling. This home accommodates 6-8 people! Dining room table and chairs seat 6 comfortably and also provided are napkins and placemats. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a family dinner. Several size pots and pans, serving dishes, baking goods and a large array of varied spices make food preparation easy. A new French door refrig, as well as a new dishwasher, making cleaning a breeze. A 3rd full size bathroom with shower is located in the laundry area along with full size washer and dryer. Storage area in the cabinet sink make for easy organization. Detergents and fabric softener will be provided. The master bathroom has a king size bed with extra pillows as well as a 45' flat, smart tv with HD cable. The bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper and soaps as well as a cabinet with drawers for your personal items. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with a 45' flat screen TV and HD cable, extra pillows and blankets are in the closet. The 2nd bathroom has s a combination tub/shower. You'll find a large sink area with drawer space as well as towels, toilet paper, hairdryer and soaps for your use. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, TV with cable. You will find toys in see through containers under each bed and books are located in the cabinet under the TV to provide entertainment for the younger guests. Other things to note We know you will love the large back patio area with dining table and chairs. An umbrella is provided for your comfort, but please close when not in use, as it can get very breezy very quickly. This large area is great for relaxing after a day at the bch and provides a private oasis with beautiful palms and landscape lighting. The extra seating definitely adds a special ambience to the evening. Remember, QUIET time begins on the beach at 10:00 PM! Enjoy the large outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a day at the bch. Please hang your towels inside the shower and not on the "sun" or our driftwood "monster". We wish to keep them intact and not used as towel racks. This is greatly appreciated. Sorry, but pets AREN'T allowed on the premises. Additionally, this is a NON-SMOKING home. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are located across the bridge as well as the many wonderful eating establishments on the bch. I have a list of recommendations located in a folder in kitchen area with phone #'s for your convenience. Please call for special consideration of rates and minimum night requirements.
