A corner TOWNHOUSE. The architectural detail of the property includes a wall and ceiling Moulding's, original doors, high ceilings, two traditional Maltese balconies. Kitchenette & living room with a closed Maltese traditional balcony. The bedroom, has a balcony & en-suite. On third floor one finds a spacious roof/terrace great for entertaining. Property is within walking distance from the Capital City, Valletta, ferry to the Three Cities, Gozo fast ferry and the catamaran to Sicily. The space Upon entering the property, one will find a flight of stairs which leads you to the Kitchen and living room and a Traditional enclosed Wooden Maltese balcony . The Kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator and a combination microwave. Then another flight of stairs which leads to a double bedroom with a bathroom (shower) and an open balcony. The 3rd floor consists of a good sized roof terrace good for entertaining. The property is a traditional Maltese townhouse. Air-conditioning is only in the bedroom. Guest access Guests will be renting the entire property. Other things to note The owner is generously giving a voucher which can be redeemed at one of his popular restaurants/pubs in the Capital City, Valletta. The capital of Valletta which is reached within walking distance is a great place to start your Malta nightlife adventure in. PLUG TYPE l For Malta the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Malta operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. Please make sure to bring your own universal adapter :) TOWELS l Kindly note that we only provide one set of towels per person for whole stay, therefore we suggest you bring your own should you need more.
