Home is on a main channel of the lake and has water views all year long (TVA begins lowering lake in Sept). Close to Johnson City, 20 minutes Bristol Speedway, 40 minutes to Roan Mountain and the AT! It is 1 and 1/2 hours to the Smokies for a day trip or to Asheville NC. DOG friendly upon approval/ pet fee MUST be paid Beautiful open concept home with lake views from almost every room. The relaxing, covered porch provides unparalleled views of the lake and has multiple areas to sit and relax. There is an amazing fire pit to enjoy in the evening. The dock has recently been renovated and enjoys full sunshine during the day and a place to swim in the beautiful lake to cool off. Beach towels are provide by the host. Guests can bring their own kayaks, boat, etc but host is not responsible or liable for such items. There are multiple areas to work from home should you need to. The porch has fans to cool off on hot days and full electrical outlets. The lighting at night is beautiful! You can hear the fish jump and see the cranes flying overhead. The kitchen is fully stocked. All linens and towels are provided The entire space is available for guests. Dogs should be restricted to the fenced yard and dock when owners are present. Dogs must not be left unattended. 2 dog limit. Owner must approve and pet fee paid Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am - we have neighbors who live on the lake year-round. Please be respectful, no loud music after 9pm. Use only the property driveway/parking area for parking and turning around. Only 2 vehicles allowed on the property. Up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats allowed. No excessive barking. Dogs must be supervised by owners at all times and can not be left outside or in the home alone. No dogs on beds or furniture please. You must clean up after your pet or additional fees may apply. Guests understand that other risks or events, known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury or death. 2. Guests understand and acknowledge that being in or near the lake, or allowing minor children in or around the lake, present various risks and hazards, including strong currents, adverse water conditions, floating debris, other water vessels, and other potential hazards. Guests hereby assume risks associated with being in or near the lake, including the obligation to notify all guests and minors of such risks. 3. Guests hereby agree to hold the owner of the property harmless, as well as its agents, heirs, administrators, assigns, officers, and affiliates. Guests hereby release any and all claims they might have as a result of the use of the property. 4. Guests hereby agree to indemnify the owner for any and all claims brought by a third party for any damage which I or any of my Guests have caused while using the property. 5. Guests hereby agree to return the property in the same condition as received it. 6. Guests hereby agree that any claims related to stay of “The Property” shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. 7. This Agreement is hereby binding on all Guests and their estate, heirs, administrators, and assigns.
