Stay in our eco-built wooden house open to a large terrace, quiet and sheltered from view with a large plot, hard jacuzzi, billiards, barbecue, swing, sandpit, vegetable garden. You will find all the comforts you need for a great stay. A 3-minute walk from the town center and all amenities, 6 minutes from Lake Vassivière, 12 minutes from Eymoutiers. The space Our house accommodates 6 people easily, up to 8 people maximum to ensure optimum comfort. The house is located on a two-hectare plot with an access road from the dirt-stone road. Woods surrounding the plot allow you to spend some time in the shade a few dozen meters from the house. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Our house comprises: - a master suite with a king size bed 160, bathroom with a double shower + toilet and a dressing room - a children's room with a trundle bed offering two 90 cm beds - An office space with a removable partition to become an additional bedroom: a brand new quality sofa bed (160 cm Bultex mattress) - The living room sofa is convertible to 140 to offer 2 extra beds. Possibility to provide you with a baby bed (with a thick mattress topper for the comfort of the little ones) Air conditioning ✅ Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the garage. Other things to note We built our house largely with a lot of care and love. By getting help from local artisans and by prioritizing, as much as possible, a low environmental impact (Limousin oak flooring, cellulose wadding insulation, ecological paints). We will do our best to make your stay wonderful and thank you in advance for your attention to the use of the spaces.
