Large newly renovated apartment (92 sqm) rented to 3 people. The apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen's hip northwest district, a few kilometers from the center. Close to public transport, bus and metro. The apartment consists of a large bright living room with fireplace and a beautiful kitchen with plenty of dining space. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a room with a single bed. Small but usable bathroom. The apartment also has a dishwasher and washing machine. Guests must be at least 25 years old! The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a well-maintained cooperative with an associated common courtyard. NOTE: there is no elevator. If you are a family of four with two smaller children, you are allowed to bring your own guest bed for one smaller child. Guests must be at least 25 years old. Adults with children are allowed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note There must be NO party or major events in the apartment, and there must be quiet in the apartment at 11 pm on weekdays and on weekends. No smoking inside! If you are a family with 2 adults and 2 small children, you are allowed to bring your own guest bed for 1 child.
