Welcome to Mamo's Belvedere, a flat that will take you back in time thanks to the village in which it is located, Palanzo, offering an authentic experience in a typical small village on Lake Como. Here you combine modern comfort with the timeless charm of Palanzo. The real gem of this flat is the unique view in front of you. From the dining area and balcony, you have the feeling of being suspended over the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop. The space The flat has a cosy bedroom, a refined bathroom, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the dining area offers a panoramic view that will leave you speechless. The balcony, suspended over the lake, will make you feel as if you are floating in the sky, with a view of the lake and the majestic mountains in front. Parking is close to the apartment but during high season it might be difficult to find a place. Guest access Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information. Please do so by 6 pm, the office closes at 7 pm after this time it will no longer be possible to send the access information. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. Other things to note My staff and I will be available for the whole stay. The city tax will have to be paid at the moment of the check in, 1.5€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Exempt the under 12. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and require our confirmation.
