Le Papillon enjoys one of the best locations on St. Martin, with many wonderful restaurants nearby and a beach that is close to private. If you would like to rent this property for less than what is required minimum please contact us and we will try to accommodate you. The space Layout of the penthouse: The penthouse is located on the third floor of the building. And the penthouse itself takes up 3 floors, making the last floor the sixth floor of the building. The first floor of the penthouse consists of the kitchen, living room, dinning room, one bedroom & bathroom, laundry room, powder room, and the main terrace. On the second floor you can find a master bedroom & bathroom with its own terrace and walk in closet as well as the last bedroom with its bathroom. The third floor is the roof top terrace with jacuzzi, summer kitchen, lounging and dining area. The building itself was finished in 2014. It was courageously designed and built by doctor who owned the property. The building is so well made that even with hurricane Irma we had minimal damage, although all the roof of our neighbors ended up on this building. We had lots of decorative damages but luckily nothing major. A great selection of restaurants can be found within convenient walking distance.
