We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast. ACCOMMODATION PARKING: • FREE PARKING - 1 x secure designated onsite spot LATE CHECKOUT & EARLY CHECK IN Late checkout & early checkins can be provided for $25 per hour, please arrange in advance. MID STAY CLEANING Mid-stay cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. Other things to note SELF CHECK-IN: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. We will leave the key in a key safe for your own collection. Details will be provided once your booking is confirmed. KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE: Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost. NO SMOKING - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine.
