Our spacious and family friendly house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one tub, one stand up shower). The master bedroom upstairs includes a luscious king sized bed and two full sized closets. The two downstairs bedrooms include a queen sized bed and a bunk bed with a twin over full sized mattress. We have a fully equipped kitchen for home cooked meals, appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, air fryer etc. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials such as towels, body soap, shampoo/conditioner etc. All rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable. We have smart tv’s in the master bedroom, living room and the bunk bed room. Enjoy relaxing in our reading nook stocked with books or play some family games such as Dominos, UNO, Jenga. Our front porch features a grill for outdoor cooking, Adirondack chairs for relaxing by the fire pit or playing a fun game of cornhole. The distance from our house to the private deeded beach access is 0.2 miles; a short 5 minute walk. You will have access to our beach wagon with beach accessories (sand toys, beach chairs, goggles, towels etc.) You will also have access to our two kayaks and life vests. Guests will have access to the entire property including the front and back yard as well as the private deeded beach access which is only a short 0.2 mile, 5 minute walk from the house.
