Arrangement The ground floor apartment in Tio Pepe consists of a living- dining room with a modern open kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 2-3 persons. A separate bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. There is a patio on two sides of the house and grass-land which can be used as playground for the children.
