The space On 23 m² of floor this "light habitat" you will find, - Two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds. - A kitchen with a sink, a refrigerator, hobs, kettle, Italian coffee maker, etc. - A sitting area with a 4-seater sofa, board games, books. - A dining area in the form of a standing meal and its direct view of the pond and forest. - Bathroom with 80×80 shower, small sink and dry toilet. - A 30 m² terrace completes this house. It will allow you moments of idleness in the hammock and eat in the sun or shade of the latter under the shade sail. - The 5 acre park of forest, meadow and pond are in front of you. A boat and 2 navigation boards are self-service on pond. All at the Seins of the Terra Nostra estate (casa-terranra(point)fr) of 14 hectares. During the day, no fence holds them.
