Minutes from Cullman, yet worlds away at this peaceful waterfront house. Convenient for events on the lake, at The Barn, and other venues. Deep water year round for boating and swimming. Enjoy lake views and beautiful sunsets from most rooms, two decks, screened porch or boat dock. Newly furnished and all on one level. Three bedrooms are perfect for 2 couples and children or 6 adults. There is a dedicated workspace for deadlines you can’t miss. Access to entire home, decks & boat dock. The space The house is large enough to host 2 families or a group of friends. We allow one dog with a paid pet fee. There is an open floorplan with great lake views. The living room has a gas fireplace and direct access to the screened porch. The dining area has a table to seat 8. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare a family dinner with seating for 4 at an island. It is open to the family room with another gas fireplace and a 55" smart tv. The main bedroom is off of the family room, has a king bed, huge closet, and private bath with large shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bunk over a full sized bed with a twin trundle. Both of these rooms have a smart tv and walk-in closets with shelves. A shared full bath and half bath are located by these bedrooms as is the full laundry/mud room. Outdoor seating areas include a patio off the kitchen, screened porch, lower patio, and swim deck on the boat dock. Guest access Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check-out is anytime before 11AM. We use keyless access locks so no stress about meeting someone for a key. Guests have access to every part of the house. Plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and accessible storage and closet space in each bedroom. There is designated parking for two vehicles only at the house and no trailers. At the top of the driver there is room for two truck and trailers. MUST allow full access for neighbor as it is a shared driveway with limited space. Other things to note Smith Lake is the cleanest lake in Alabama and one of the cleanest in the country. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and tons of fun with family and friends. At the Dodge City exit from I-65 (15 minutes away), you will find all the conveniences of gas, groceries, hardware, restaurants and fast food to stock up on your way to the house. Trident Marina is about a 10 minute drive offering boat rentals and waterfront dining and entertainment. Boat launches are within minutes of this location.
